How we work

From contested scorecards to a leadership pack people open

Every commission follows a clear sequence so regional teams and HQ share definitions before charts multiply.

Facilitated workshop table with regional maps and KPI ranking cards under warm directional light

Phase 01

Brief and stakeholder map

We capture the review rhythm, the regions involved, and who owns the current packs. You leave this phase with a written scope note and access checklist.

Phase 02

Define before you draw

Workshops produce a ranked KPI shortlist and a dictionary — labels, owners, freshness, and calculation notes. Contested measures are resolved or parked deliberately.

Phase 03

Prototype one region

We build views for a single province or unit first. Leadership and regional managers react to real layout choices before the full set is committed.

Phase 04

Extend and validate

Remaining regions inherit the shared dictionary. Sample periods are checked against trusted packs. Role-based screens stay consistent in status language.

Phase 05

Walkthrough and handover

A leadership session walks the pack. Operating notes explain refresh steps so your team can maintain the views. Stewardship is optional afterward.
