How we price regional dashboard work
Fees reflect scope — number of regions, source complexity, and whether definitions are already agreed. Figures below are starting points in Thai baht; every commission receives a written estimate.

What changes the estimate
- Number of provinces or business units that need role-based views
- Whether KPI definitions are already shared or still contested
- How many source systems must be mapped and reconciled
- On-site workshop days outside Greater Bangkok
- Thai- and English-language materials for leadership packs
